GoodMood researched its customer satisfaction in June 2011. The research was provided and carried out by Innolink Research Oy. The research shows that our customers are extremely pleased with us. Over 96 % of GoodMood’s customers would recommend GoodMood’s services or solutions to their colleagues. The percentage of the recommendation level is even 20 % higher than in B2B businesses usually.
